Privacy Policy
EFFECTIVE DATE: JULY 18, 2026
LaunchCloud Labs ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services, websites, and applications, including the Delegate Institutional Routing Division (DIRD) platform.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, update your profile, use our interactive services, or contact customer support. This may include your name, email address, phone number, payment information, and institutional affiliation.
Because our services are operated by voice, we also collect information you speak to us on a call — including your account credentials, the questions you ask our Knowledge AI, and your spoken confirmation of any Service Credit share or Concierge Retainer instruction.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and provide the features and functionality of our services, process transactions, communicate with you, monitor and improve our services, and ensure security and compliance.
3. Call Recording
Calls to and through DIRD may be recorded and retained. We do this to verify what a caller authorized, to resolve disputes over a credit share or a retainer instruction, to investigate suspected fraud or coercion, and to improve the accuracy of our voice systems. Recordings and their transcripts form part of the transaction record for the instructions they contain.
Calls placed from a correctional facility are separately subject to that facility's own recording and monitoring, under its rules and outside our control. Our recording is in addition to, not a substitute for, whatever the facility does, and we cannot exempt a call from facility monitoring.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. on payment pages that Stripe hosts. We do not receive or store your full card number, expiry date, or security code. Our systems receive only a confirmation of the payment, the amount, and the last four digits of the card. Card details are never read back or requested over the phone.
We retain a record of every transaction on an account — credits added, credits spent, credits shared, and retainer instructions and disbursements — including amounts, timestamps, and the beneficiary or vendor named. These records are how we produce receipts and read an account's history back on a call, and we retain them for as long as required for tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, and legal-compliance purposes.
5. When We Disclose Information
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it only to service providers who help us operate (such as our payment processor and telephony carriers), to a correctional facility or its institutional vendor where that disclosure is necessary to execute a payment instruction you gave us, and where we are required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or a lawful request from a government or regulatory authority. See Section 6 for the separate and stricter rule that applies to mobile messaging data.
6. Mobile Communication & SMS Privacy Policy
LaunchCloud Labs and its divisions, including the Delegate Institutional Routing Division, are committed to protecting your privacy.
Information Collection: We collect mobile phone numbers and SMS consent strictly from users who explicitly opt-in through our interactive automated phone/IVR systems or by sending direct inbound keyword messages (e.g., START).
Use of Information: Mobile numbers collected for the purpose of automated voice/text routing, system alerts, and transactional message relays will be used solely to provide those requested services.
No Third-Party Sharing: Absolutely no mobile messaging information, phone numbers, or SMS consent data will be shared, sold, rented, or leased to third parties, partners, or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date."
