On any DIRD call, your loved one can say "send a payment link to my family." We'll text a secure Stripe link to the number they give — no account or app needed on your end.

Money added here is issued as Service Credits — one credit per dollar — which pay for DIRD's own services: calls, the Knowledge AI, and messaging. Credits can also be shared with another DIRD account. They never expire.
Credits are not cash and cannot be withdrawn, mailed, or sent to a bank, by them or by you. If what you actually want is money on their commissary books, don't use this form — have them call DIRD and ask for a books-loading, and we'll pay the facility's vendor directly at no charge. How to know it's really us
- The payment page is hosted by Stripe — the address bar will say checkout.stripe.com.
- Credits land on the account within minutes; they'll hear the new total on their next call.
- Our support team answers from @launchcloudlabs.com.
- We will never ask for gift cards, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.
- We will never call demanding immediate payment.
Not sure of the account ID, or want to double-check before paying? Email support@launchcloudlabs.com — we'd rather verify a hundred real requests than have anyone fall for a fake one. All payments are processed by Stripe; DIRD's systems receive only a confirmation and the last four digits of the card.
